Hi, I’m Ephrem, the founder of Squadwerk.
I’ve always believed ideas should be put into action — that’s how Squadwerk was born. My passions are simple: designing solutions, creating clean environments, developing recipes and menus, and caring for people. They all connect to what I do every day.
I studied Economics (BA) and completed a Graduate Certificate in Professional Data Analytics at Swinburne University of Technology. I also hold a Certificate III in Health Service Assistance.
For me, faith is my foundation, and innovation is how I like to move forward. Through Squadwerk, I’ve created a place to turn ideas into practical solutions — whether that’s digital platforms, services, or new ways of doing things.
